Return Policy (30-Day No Reason Return)
We understand that finding the right product might take some time. To support your decision-making process, we offer a 30-day window for returns on products you're not satisfied with when you order from the official Magix website.
You have the option to return purchases for a refund at the purchased price or exchange your item for another product of equivalent value within 30 days of the purchase date. Depending on product availability, items may need to be exchanged for another item of equal value.
- Returned items must include the original packaging and all accessories.
- Items with visible scratches or marks cannot be returned.
- Free gifts cannot be exchanged.
The 30-day window begins from the date your order was placed until the date the return email is sent out. For requests beyond the 30-day period, we're unable to process refund requests that are not quality-related.
Please ensure that your order was made from the official Magix store. For products purchased on other platforms, kindly reach out to the specific retailer for refund inquiries.
How to Initiate a Return
- Send a refund request email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Make sure to mention the purchasing platform and provide the reason for the return in the email. Attach your digital invoice or a screenshot of your invoice to confirm the order number.
- A customer service representative will respond to your email within 24 hours. They may have additional questions or provide guidance for the next steps.
- Follow the instructions provided by the customer service representative. Once you've completed the necessary steps, expect to receive your refund within 3-5 business days.
- Your refund will be processed back to the payment channel used for the initial purchase. You will receive a notification from the corresponding payment channel.
- Please note that for non-quality related return requests, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
